Job Summary

We are looking for a confident and articulate Telecaller to connect with potential customers, understand their home construction and renovation requirements, and generate qualified leads for our sales team. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills and a customer-first mindset.

Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to prospective customers from the provided leads database.
• Explain House Banao's construction, renovation, and interior design services clearly.
• Understand customer requirements and provide relevant information.
• Schedule appointments and site visits for the sales team.
• Maintain and update customer details and follow-ups in the CRM.
• Follow up with warm leads to convert them into consultations.
• Handle customer queries professionally.
• Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly calling targets.
• Coordinate with Sales and Design teams for seamless lead handover.
